Join AU alumni, family, and friends for a mixology class with SFMixology. Learn easy to apply formulas and ratios and general precepts of mixology. Taste different genres of cocktails and different dimensions of the palate. Get hands-on practice and learn how to move, pour, shake, and strain like a professional bartender. At the end of the class, each participant will receive electronic PDFs of all the class material to continue to hone their skills at home.

Classes are usually $199, but the cost for AU alumni, family, and friends is just $85 for this special class.
