Join fellow AU Eagles living in Beijing along with alumni from Johns Hopkins, Tufts, and Hamilton College for a lecture by Hopkins-Nanjing Center alumna Rosemary Gallant followed by a networking happy hour.
Rosemary Gallant is the Principal Commercial Officer at the US Embassy in Beijing, responsible for trade promotion and commercial affairs in the Beijing consular district. She moved to Beijing in 2008 following a four-year assignment at the US Mission to the European Union in Brussels and previously served with the Foreign Commercial Service in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. A student in Beijing in 1982-83 and 1987 graduate of the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, Rosemary brings over twenty years of experience pioneering international trade to her work at the Embassy.
Join us as Rosemary shares insights from her distinguished career, and stay after the presentation to mingle and network with fellow alumni. RSVPs requested as space is limited.

Global Trade Mansion is an apartment compound located directly south of The Place, the shopping center known for its huge outdoor overhead video screen. The main entrance for Global Trade Mansion is on Jintong Xi Lu, directly across the street from a Smart Car dealership.
