Join American University's
Kogod School of Business Women's Network as we explore ways to create a strong first impression by presenting oneself with style and substance. Through an interactive presentation, stylist Tara Luizzi and speech coach Chris Jahnke will discuss ways to project confidence in the traditional office environment, during interviews, at networking events, and in more casual professional settings.
Luizzi and Jahnke will provide guidance on inspiring personal creativity, workplace wardrobe etiquette, trends for the current season, and how to work those trends into one’s everyday wardrobe. Additionally, they will share delivery pointers on effective body language, controlling the voice, and delivering a compelling message.
